Philip Bloom compares the Panasonic AF100 – Sony’s F3/FS100 – Canon 5D

We used the 5D on HOW DO YOU WRITE A JOE SCHERMANN SONG with a 3-man crew. With these cameras now, film production can be done on a much smaller scale if you have the right people in place. I believe all these cameras are pretty amazing and can easily do the job — so it’s all about who’s using them and how good the rest of your production is (story, talent, etc).
