Hectic (In a good way)

Man, things have been really wild for the past few months….primarily with my move from the West Coast to NYC. I love it here and feel so inspired from the environment. The script development for my feature film is coming along nicely.On top of the move, HUBRIS has been getting some great PR lately.

1) Got a great review from Rogue Cinema: “Trust me, whatever it takes you really want to see this film….the acting was great, the comedy all worked, and all in all this was just a really awesome film. Gary King has an unbelievable talent as a filmmaker.” (I’m really flattered from the comments and actually have spoken with the critic Duane L. Martin about the film. 2) The HUBRIS MySpace site is the “Featured Filmmaker” this week. The total profile views has doubled in just two days!! Wow. The power of the internet.

3) Last but not least, HUBRIS will be screening this Oct at the FAIF Film Festival in Hollywood, CA. Screening details will be announced in Sept, but I’m really excited to go as it will screen at the Mann’s Chinese Theater.
