Busy

Never enough time in the day…..I’ve started pre-production of my next short film. I didn’t want to wear a lot of hats, but right now I’m producing this baby as well as directing. Thank goodness I had a great producer last time (Angela McCann – www.variantfilms.com ) whom I learned a lot from just by watching. Also, having met some people on past projects has really helped out as well.

The Film Acting Workshops went great this month. However, I really have to scale back the number I do each month due to the amount of time it actually takes to coordinate, direct and edit everything.

Now if I could just make this my day job, I’d be in heaven.

Film Acting Workshop#1 in the can

The workshop started off with a bang. The general consensus was that it was beneficial for everyone involved. Thanks to the talented performers (Eleni, Alex) and the wonderful crew (Darcel, Sandra and Mike).

I met some great talent and everyone networked and made some new contacts for future work. All in all, it was a huge success for the first time out.

Can’t wait for the next one.
