In some way, shape or form these films influenced me as I was making WHAT’S UP LOVELY. Some in pre-production, others while shooting and even more during the editing process.
It’s definitely experimental and out there – surprising coming from the time it was made. And I only noticed after I shot LOVELY how some of its elements made it into my film.
