Beyond the Canon

Earlier this year, I was kindly allowed to participate in Iain Stott’s BEYOND THE CANON poll where the task was to select up to 100 films that I believe to have been under-represented by film history — excluding the established classics.

Previously, Iain ran a similar poll asking participants to list their 50 Greatest Films of all time which is a fascinating read — and very educational to see what other cinephiles are thinking.

Without further adieu, here are my 100 (and some change) films that I believe deserve a second look — and can stand up with some of the very best.
