    My plane ride allowed me to view to “sanitized” versions of the following films.Hitch (2005) – Such a promising opening sequence only to fall to some movie-factory conventions. Will Smith gives an endearing performance and the film has its nice moments. The biggest fault for me was Act 3 fell apart and didn’t seem to really strive to do anything unique. (C) Note: There were some portrayals of Asian people in this film that were actually “normal”. No accents!! Yeah!! [...]

  • Back from Trip

    I just returned from Taiwan on a business trip and am so beat. However, I can’t wait to start editing my new film which wrapped production last week.A day after shooting, I hopped on a plane and spent four days touring Taiwan. It was an amazing experience and opened my eyes to a part of the world I had never seen. It actually made me more anxious to start editing the film with a new perspective on life. Now…..on to [...]

  • HUBRIS Update

    I’m amazed of how everything came together and allowed me to shoot my second film. I’ve found my muse (who shall remain anonymous) who has inspired me in so many ways. The production wrapped and I’m now into the post-production phase in which I’ll start shaping the film to be something even better than I imagined thanks to the collaborative efforts of my talented cast and crew.
